Direct and Public Access Scheme
E&A Law Limited is a BSB Entity authorised and regulated to supply legal services to the public, to businesses, charities and organisations by the Bar Standards Board (https://www.barstandardsboard.org.uk).
By bringing solicitors and barristers under the same roof, E&A Law offers clients many advantages. In particular:
- providing advice on legal matters (typically only provided by solicitors)
- enabling direct access to expert lawyers thereby avoiding the expense of instructing additional lawyers on a matter; which in turn often leads to swifter progress
- performing all of the legal work, including administrative tasks and service of proceedings and conduct of litigation (which many public access barristers cannot).
